CURRENT PATIENTS
Frequently Asked Questions
Patients and caregivers communicate with us using the Healow Patient Portal. Anything you send us using the portal comes directly into our secure medical records information system, which is our central point of communications for patient care. Patients transferring from Bridge Consultants will receive portal credentials and instructions during the transfer process.
Using the Healow Patient Portal assures that:
- We see your messages promptly.
- There is an accurate record of our communications with you.
- These communications are integrated with the rest of your record.
- Your information is secure and HIPAA compliant. (Your email and texts to us are not HIPAA compliant.)
Portal communications, including prescription refill requests, are monitored and responded to during regular business hours (M-F, 9-5).
For urgent matters, call us at 857-344-0820.
For emergencies, call 911 or go to an emergency room.
We may send you text or email messages using Healow Messenger. These will be one-way communications from us to you.
Our office is in South Weymouth, directly across from the main entrance to South Shore Hospital. The address is:
879 Main St.
South Weymouth, MA 02190
Now that we have our new office, we will encourage more in-person visits. We miss seeing you and think more direct contact will make for better care. However, telehealth will remain an option.
Currently we do not have insurance contracts. You are expected to pay directly for our services. We will gladly provide a statement with all the information you need to request reimbursement from your insurance when that is applicable to you. We will be applying to participate in major insurance plans. This process will take several months. We will inform you when we do begin to participate.
Payment options are as follows:
- You may pay online using the website of our payment vendor Healow Pay. Your statements will provide the URL and a QR code, or you may sign in to Healow Pay from the Healow Patient Portal sign-in page.
- When you sign in for a telehealth visit, you will have an opportunity to pay for that visit and any outstanding balance.
- Once we are in our permanent office, you will be able to pay in person.
- We will collect payment using a card-on-file if you choose.
- You may send us a check.
We will send statements by email and text. We will mail paper statements upon request.
